Project Overview
We framed the complete roof structure for a new detached garage and workshop in Peoria. The gable roof was designed to maximize usable attic space for storage.
What We Did
- Installed ridge board and common rafters
- Framed gable ends and rake overhangs
- Applied OSB roof sheathing
- Installed drip edge and felt underlayment

- 2x8 KD Hem-Fir rafters
- 7/16” OSB sheathing
- Pre-manufactured ridge beam
