Project Overview

We converted an open commercial space into a series of private offices and conference rooms in Chandler. All new partition walls were built to code with proper blocking for fixtures.

What We Did

• Laid out and snapped all wall lines per architect’s plan
• Framed steel and wood partition walls
• Installed blocking for TVs, whiteboards, and accessories
• Coordinated openings for electrical and data conduit

Materials

• 3-5/8” metal studs for partition walls
• Fire-rated drywall (Type X) where required
• Solid blocking for all wall-mounted items
